Debbe is the new supervisor of the Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic. She has been with Family Services since 2020 and has been in the mental health and counseling field since 2004. Since that time, she has worked with individuals with mental health and drug and alcohol treatment needs across a multitude of inpatient and outpatient settings. She is recognized as a National Board-Certified Counselor and has obtained her License for Professional Counselor. Currently Debbe is working towards her certification with Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
Debbe utilizes client centered, cognitive behavioral, and strength-based approaches to help clients establish a firm understanding of their treatment needs. When engaging in the therapeutic process Debbe strives to work with clients to help them make connections between their life experiences and emotional and physical body responses. Establishing and understanding these pathways helps to build lifelong coping skills and healthy relationships.
Debbe is excited to use her knowledge and expertise to continue to support Family Services and the Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic staff.
